Team Rules

  • All members must be registered for Swan Hacks 2024
  • Teams must be of sizes from 1-4, and you may not be in more than one team

Eligibility

  • Open to all college students, regardless of major or year. No prior coding experience is necessary.
  • Participants must be present in person at Coover Hall for the event.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless exception provided.

Project and Submission Requirements

  • Projects must be started and completed within the hackathon timeframe (Nov. 16, 12 PM - Nov. 17, 12 PM CST)
  • All submissions must be uploaded to Devpost by the project deadline. This submission should include:
    • A Git repository link containing the project code, documentation, and other relevant materials.
    • A description outlining the project, technologies used, and instructions for use.
    • A demo/pitch video (maximum length: 3 minutes) explaining the project, its purpose, and showcasing its functionality.

Judging Rules

  • Projects will be judged based on creativity, functionality, complexity, and user experience.
  • Judges will include faculty and sponsors.
